# Iris: your AI copilot

> Ask questions, improve materials, and prep for investors

Iris is Caplia's AI assistant, available throughout the Founder Portal. She knows your company's materials: Passport, deck, and data room. She answers in that context.

## What founders use Iris for

* *Onboarding*: she runs your initial setup conversationally and keeps your basics up to date.
* *Improving your materials*: "what's weak in my deck?", "rewrite my one-liner", "what's missing for a seed raise?"
* *Investor prep*: practise answering the questions investors will actually ask based on your score gaps.
* *Quick answers*: anything about your own data ("what did I put as CAC?") or how Caplia works.

## Modes

| **Instant**  | Quick factual answers from your materials                           |
| **Thinking** | Deeper questions that need web research or multi-document reasoning |

Link your WhatsApp number under **Account** and Iris can answer on the go, including sending your own documents to you ("send me my pitch deck").
