# Sharing & access

> Share links, access invitations, and NDA-gated access

You control exactly who sees your Passport and data room, and at what level.

## Ways to share

    A URL you can send anywhere. Optional email requirement, password, and expiry. Deactivate any time.

    Invite a specific investor by email at a chosen access level. They land straight on your Passport.

    Investors who find you can request access; you approve at profile-only or full-data-room level.

## NDA-gated access

If you enable NDAs, investors must sign (via Zoho Sign) before full data-room access unlocks. Signed NDAs are stored against the investor's access record.

## Managing access

Click your name in the top-right corner and choose **Sharing** to see every active grant, pending invitation, and share link:

* **Change access**: move an investor between profile-only and full data room.
* **Revoke**: removes access immediately.
* **Activity**: per-investor view and download history.

  Revoking access doesn't delete anything an investor already downloaded: treat downloads as final.
