# Readiness Intelligence

> The Caplia Readiness Index and the Investor Readiness Snapshot

## Caplia Readiness Index (CRI)

Every company with an analysed deck gets a **CRI**: a rubric-based readiness assessment across areas like Team, Market & Customers, Product & Competition, Financial and Foundational readiness. You'll see it as a completion percentage on deal lists and a score on company pages.

## The Investor Readiness Snapshot

Click the CRI on a company to open the **snapshot**, the diligence view:

* **Readiness Completeness**: a ring showing how many readiness signals the deck evidences.
* **Strengths**, **Watch Areas**, and **Top Questions**: AI-phrased, evidence-checked callouts. Strengths that undermine themselves get demoted automatically.
* **Readiness by Area**: drill into any area for per-signal detail, rationale, and suggested founder questions.
* **Platform actions**: materials you can request from the founder directly on Caplia (deck versions, financial model…), kept separate from the assessment itself.

<Tip>
  The **Request Materials** button messages the founder through Caplia with exactly what's missing. Requests and responses stay attached to the deal.
