Your Caplia Passport is a single, verified page investors use to evaluate you: company overview, team, traction, deck, key metrics, fundraising round, and your Caplia Score.
The Caplia Score
Your score (0–100) is built from an AI assessment of your materials against a structured rubric: team, market, product, traction, and financial readiness. It updates when you re-upload a deck or materially change your Passport.
- See the full breakdown in Score Hub, including what’s holding the score back.
- Scores at or above the verification threshold earn a Verified badge on your Passport.
The fastest score improvements usually come from filling missing signals (e.g. no financial model uploaded) rather than polishing existing ones.
Editing your Passport
Use Investor Preview to edit your Passport in place: click any field to change it. Two constraints to know:
- Company description is limited to 300 characters (with a live counter).
- Deck-derived fields refresh when you upload a new deck version, so edit the deck for anything structural.
What investors see
Investors view your Passport through the Venture Portal or a share link. They see what you’ve enabled, profile-only or full data room, and every view is tracked in your engagement analytics.
