Access invitations
Invite a specific investor by email at a chosen access level. They land straight on your Passport.
Access requests
Investors who find you can request access; you approve at profile-only or full-data-room level.
NDA-gated access
If you enable NDAs, investors must sign (via Zoho Sign) before full data-room access unlocks. Signed NDAs are stored against the investor’s access record.Managing access
Click your name in the top-right corner and choose Sharing to see every active grant, pending invitation, and share link:- Change access: move an investor between profile-only and full data room.
- Revoke: removes access immediately.
- Activity: per-investor view and download history.
Revoking access doesn’t delete anything an investor already downloaded: treat downloads as final.
