The Caplia Readiness Index (CRI) is a score out of 1,000 that measures how ready your company looks to investors. It is calculated automatically from your pitch deck and the material in your data room, and it comes with a personalised roadmap showing exactly where the next points are.

Finding the Score Hub

The Score Hub is not in the left sidebar. From the left sidebar click Founder Tools, then open the Caplia Readiness Index card. You can also go straight to /dashboard/score-hub.

Getting your first score

1

Upload your pitch deck

If you have no score yet, the Score Hub shows an Upload pitch deck button that takes you to your data room. Add your deck there.
2

Scoring runs automatically

There is no button to press: uploading queues a scoring run on its own. While it runs you’ll see a progress banner listing the signals being assessed, with an estimate of how long is left (typically a few minutes).
3

Review your result

When scoring completes, the page shows your score on a circular gauge, a Score Breakdown by area, and an Improvement Roadmap.

What the score measures

Your score is built from signals across five areas. The Score Breakdown shows points earned out of points possible for each one: Foundational Readiness also includes credit for actions you complete on the platform itself, such as keeping a financial model and cap table in place.

Improving your score

The Improvement Roadmap lists your highest-impact next steps, ordered by priority. Each item:
  • Shows the points you can expect to gain. A + figure is guaranteed once you complete the action; a ~ figure is an estimate.
  • Links directly to where you can act on it. Most improvements come from updating the relevant documents in your data room.
  • Lets you ask Iris, your AI assistant, for help with that specific item.
Once your score passes 750, remaining suggestions are shown as nice-to-haves rather than point estimates.

Rescoring

Rescoring is automatic. Whenever you upload a new version of a scored document, a fresh scoring run is queued and the page shows the progress banner again. Your previous results are kept: the Score History chart tracks how your readiness has evolved over time, with the change from each rescore.

Caplia Verified

Scoring 700 or above earns the Caplia Verified badge. Below the threshold, the Score Hub shows a progress bar with exactly how many points you still need. Your score and verified status are part of what investors see when you share your Caplia Passport, so climbing the roadmap directly strengthens your profile with every investor you share it with.
